We initially decided to reuse our current vendor who we’ve worked with for several years. While we didn’t like the 3-4 week turnaround time this vendor offered, we decided not to make a change so close to the start of the swim season. When it was time to fulfill the order, our vendor told us that our order didn’t meet minimum quantities and therefore, our order would be cancelled. We reached out to Kanaley Creations to see if they could help us out. I was amazed to find that they offered the same brand name apparel at prices 15-20% less than our current vendor. Given we needed our apparel quickly since our season had already started, they met with the team the same week and answered all of our questions. They made the process so easy. Within 8 days, our apparel order was fulfilled. The girls were thrilled with the apparel and the parents loved the lower prices. Kanaley Creations  was great to work with and they delivered great customized apparel on a very quick turnaround. We are so happy with their work that we’ve already decided to work with them on additional team orders. We are a big fan.

I had some very heavy duty sweatshirts that I needed embroidered for my tree and lawn care business.  My current vendor had trouble embroidering through the material. I sent Kanaley Creations a picture of my logo and they produced a sample embroidery for my review. Not only did they get the design right but they also recommended a few enhancements, which I thought were great. The final result was a great looking logo on my work apparel. I liked the quality of their work and the service so much that I also asked them to produce custom t-shirt apparel for my work crew. The end product was terrific and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
