Our Guarantee

At Kanaley Creations, we realize that selecting apparel and ordering custom products online may be new and at times, stressful. You want to ensure the final product is what you expected, in size, color, quality and customization. Rest assured, we’ve created and tested a solid fulfillment system and we believe in clear communication with our customers. When your products arrive, they will look exactly like what you ordered on our site. We guarantee it.

If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you ordered through Kanaley Creations or, if an item proves to be defective or damaged in material or customization, we will replace or refund, at our discretion, any such apparel item. Please contact us with your concern within 30 days of receipt of your custom order and we will properly address it. If necessary, we will request a return of your item.

Exclusions: Please understand that no matter how well you care for your apparel, materials will naturally begin to deteriorate and will show wear over time. Therefore, normal wear is not considered a defect. In general, product damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered by our warranty.
